The Mayor of Puerto Sira Municipality who undersigns the present document certifies that bananas and plantains are extremely sick with a fungus called Black Sigatoka. The trees are dying.

The Ministry of Agriculture has tried by all known means and methods, for example:
Chemical control, biological control, cultural control, legal control, sterilization of male insects, etc.

In spite of all these efforts, the epidemic is disseminating on a grand scale. Dr. Gloria Guzman Mendez came to this area and she worked gratis with the agriculturalists and she taught the technique of the agricultural science called Homa Therapy, for the eradication of diseases and also to cultivate and produce healthy crops. She had a complete success in the elimination of this disease with this technique, which is of low cost and which does not require chemicals. We recommend that people make use of the knowledge of Dr. Guzman, which she is offering free of charge, to improve the agriculture in our area.

We should make it known to the Peruvian nation and the international community that the AEMINPU (Evangelist Israelite Association for the New Universal Pact) has available a technical team trained in Homa Therapy Agriculture who are at the disposal of all the agro-cattle communities to render services for the eradication of plagues and diseases and to protect and immunize huge areas of crops.
